No. The BQ permit is for sealed containers of wine and beer only. To go cocktails require a different permit and a Food and Beverage Certificate.

A package store sells distilled spirits. The BQ permit covers wine and beer for off premise sale, with broader hours and no spirits.
Do I need a 60 day sign?
No. Off premise permits are exempt from the 60 day notice sign requirement.
Is there a minimum employee age?
